Conditions of Tenancy
- Rental Payments: A Deposit/Bond of $300 to be paid at the time of reservation. This will be refunded after an inspection of the property is carried out. If the property requires cleaning or any damage is noted, the cost will be deducted from the Bond. The full refund or balance will be posted to the tenant. Full rent is required at the time of making a reservation for bookings of less than seven days. Rent is to be paid prior to occupancy.
- Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, the monies paid can only be refunded (less booking fee of $15) if the property is re-booked for the full period reserved.
- Occupants: The number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds quoted. No tents or caravans are allowed.
- Parties: Large parties are not acceptable.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- Entry time: after 2 pm on the day of arrival.
- Departure: no later than 10 am unless other arrangements have been made.
- Keys: Please lock and secure property, turn off all lights etc, and return the keys as arranged with owner.
- Cleaning: The property must be left as it is found. If you would like a cleaner, please make arrangements with the owner. If you do use a cleaner, the house must still be left tidy, rubbish removed, dishwasher and fridge clean and empty and the oven and barbeque cleaned.
- Pets: are not allowed.
What you need to bring:
Gool-a-watu is completely self-contained. All you need bring is linen (top and bottom sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases) for the beds - two queen size beds and four bunk beds - toiletries (including towels and tea towels) and food. Quilts and extra blankets and pillows are provided.
